thoroughly cleaned and refinished american antique industrial heavy duty arbor press legs repurposed into a distinctive looking console or side table. the matching bases with curvaceous profile and foot pads have been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the early 20th century machine bases were fabricated by or for the lucas machine tool co., cleveland, oh. the newly added old growth white oak wood slab tabletop with live edges has been fastened tightly to the matching bases. the uniquely-shaped hardwood slab has been planed, sanded and sealed. the newly created table is structurally sound and solid throughout. measures 48 inches x 18 inches x 31.5 inches
