single 19th century all original hand-carved gilded age salvaged chicago mahogany wood door custom-built by palmer, fuller and company, chicago, ills. the late 19th century door features a centrally located panel with intricately carved anthemion flanked by ribbons and floral motifs. the opposite side contains a series of raised panels accentuated with egg & dart borders or trimwork. the interior residential vestibule door contains a richly colored and mostly uniform stained finish.
