rebuilt c. 1950's american vintage industrial freestanding stationary factory machine shop workbench table. the two matching angled iron legs were designed and fabricated by the pollard brothers, chicago, il. the newly added, custom-built tabletop is comprised of old pine wood that has been planed, sanded and sealed. the two folded and pressed sheet iron legs have been brushed and sanded down to bare metal and treated with a clear coat lacquer. the pollard workbench bases originally contained the "factory green" paint finish. multiple sets of this type of table base were salvaged from a chicago area factory. 60 inches x 31 1/4 inches x 34 1/4 inches.
