hard to find c. 1907-20 original oversized american antique industrial wall-mount push button switch plate fabricated by or for pass & seymour, inc., solvay station, syracuse, ny. the "p & s" backplate is comprised of heavy gauge yellow brass with an oil-rubbed metallic bronze finish. the push button switch plate cover is mounted horizontally, with a configuration consisting of two rows for 7 switches. the massive flush mount light switch plate was salvaged from a chicago athletic club association building annex ballroom. the backplate contains a multitude of holes for mounting flush against the wall. the original push button switches were removed long ago. measures approximately 15 3/4 x 9 1/2 inches.
