original and intact c. late nineteenth century privy dug medium honey amber glass beer bottle manufactured for w.a. harrington in greenwich, n.y. the zaun weiss shaped bottle has a wide body and high, steep shoulders that taper into a wide neck and applied rounded collar or blobtop. the front body exhibits a clean strike in the form of arching block lettering, "w.a. harrington. / greenwich.n.y." inside a debossed round slug plate,. the glass is intact and in good condition, and features only minor surface wear or discoloration from having been dug. crudities are typical of its age and date of manufacture, including bubbles throughout the body.
