rare all original 19th century clinton j. warren custom-designed unity building office door hardware with nicely aged surface patina

original 19th century oversized office door hardware salvaged from clinon j. warren's unity building before it demolition in 1990. the custom-designed hardware is comprised bronze with nicely aged surface patina. very few sets survived demolition. the building hardware was designed by yale and towne, mfg. co., stamford, ct.  additional image is a ohn vinci kodachrome slide of architect clinton j. warren's unity building (1892) taken shortly before its destruction in 1989 to make way for the block 37 project. the 17-story building's exterior featured a rusticated stone face base, topped by three projecting bays and romanesque arches located below the projecting cornice.
