hard to find c. 1940's american industrial interior salvaged chicago factory complex exit or warning light designed and fabricated by crouse-hinds, syracuse, ny. the fixture contains a single socket concealed in a heavy cast metal fitter with intact ruby red glass globe. the ceiling mount or canopy contains a ball-and-socket joint affixed to the threaded steel rod or pipe. the fixture has been cleaned and refinished.
