early 1940's original single-sided antique american industrial stamped aluminum exterior factory fence sign designed and fabricated by the ready-made sign company, new york city, ny. the distinctive sign contains original, albeit faded black lettering against a white background. the mounting holes along the edges contain old steel wire for use when mounted against the fence. the single-sided sign remains intact with a nicely aged surface patina. measures 4 x 14 inches.
