two matching salvaged chicago unornamented cast iron brushed cast iron soapstone sink bases or brackets salvaged from a chicago house constructed around the turn of the century. the well-maintained cast iron bases have been brushed down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the feet contain grooves or slotted openings for use with bolts or screws to anchor the bases against the floor. the salvaged chicago soapstone sink and brackets were designed and fabricated by l. wolff manufacturing company, chicago, ills. the brackets are priced as a pair. measures 18 x 7 1/2 x 15 inches.
