very well-maintained all original and intact quarter-sawn golden oak wood fireplace overmantel likely fabricated by or for chas. f. lorenzen & co., inc., chicago, ills. the salvaged chicago over-mantel features flanking solid oak wood fluted columns with ionic capitals. the original beveled mirror is surrounded by egg & dart molding. the varnished finish is mostly uniform throughout. great overall condition. the antique american victorian mantel piece dates to the late 19th century. 58 1/4 x 8 1/2 x 36"
