all original and solidly constructed c. 1930's american depression era angled steel four-legged adjustable height factory stool designed and fabricated by the angled steel stool co., plainwell, mich. the yellow painted riveted joint stool contains the sought after intact and original heel ring or footrest welded against the steel legs. the four stretchers provide added support and stability. the inward-turned ball feet are a distinctive feature found on stools fabricated by the angled steel stool company. the green cushioned seat is possibly original to the stool, or at the very least, added sometime in the 1940's. the seat is raised and lowered by rotating it until the desired height is reached. measures 20 x 20 x 30 inches.
