original early 1930's vintage medical hanging hand-painted trade sign made specifically for "a.j. nakhle", physician and surgeon. the sign was discovered in northwest indiana. the double-sided sign features fanciful bold white lettering against a black background. contains two mounting holes in the upper left and right corners for hanging purposes. the enameled finish remains largely intact. surface wear evident along the edges. measures 30 x 24 inches.
