american industrial oversized refinished tubular steel mobile depression era clothing or garment rack possibly fabricated by the american fixture & showcase mfg., st. louis, mo. the rolling clothing store garment rack is comprised of threaded end heavy gauge steel pipes with distinctive bulbous joints. the steel fork and hardened rubber wheel swivel casters are in great overall condition, considering age. the bulbous pipe fittings ate intact and securely attached. the brushed and sanded metal finish was sealed with a clear coat lacquer. measures 60 x 20 x 67 inches.
