two matching antique american victorian era varnished oak wood interior residential corbels or brackets salvaged from a chicago greystone resident undergoing demolition. the two corbels contain highly ornate neoclassical style gesso or composition stained to match the surrounding wood work. the volutes and acanthus leaves are finely executed and striking in detail. each corbel measures 5 1/4 x 7 x 10 inches. fabricated by the decorators supply co., chicago, il. priced for the pair.
