intact depression american art deco style frosted peach colored glass slip shade likely fabricated by the consolidated lamp & glass company for lightolier. the uniquely shaped deeply embossed shade is replete with detailed floral arrangements. some loss of baked enamel. minor discoloration. the consolidated lamp and glass company was formed from the merger of fostoria shade and lamp company with wallace and mcaffee in 1893. originally established in fostoria, oh, the company moved operations to coraopolis, pa. when their facilities burned to the ground. the company primarily manufactured lamps, globes and shades well into the 20th century.
