one of two matching original and intact golden oak wood swinging or pantry door salvaged from a chicago brick two-flat residence constructed in 1908. the oak wood door retains the original highly desirable factory stained finish. the intact pane of privacy glass contains the "florentine" field pattern. the single recessed panel oak door retains the original chrome-plated p. & f. corbin push plates on both sides. the swinging doors were found on the first and second floor of the house. the millwork was likely fabricated by or for the foster-munger company (established in 1892) located in chicago, ills. measures 31 5/8 x 1 3/4 x 84 inches.
