impressive american art deco style machine age polished chrome and copper interior residential fireplace mantel andirons possibly fabricated by the chase brass & copper co., waterbury, connecticut. the simple and sleek andirons are freestanding with cast iron supports fastened to the backside. the two-tone andirons are cylindrical in shape, with ball finials on top. two copper "speed rings" are located below the ball finials and between the copper and chrome segments. priced for the pair.
