single original and intact 1930's antique american depression era spanish revival style interior residential flush mount double arm electric wall sconce designed and fabricated by the beardslee chandelier manufacturing co., chicago, ill. the heavily ornamented electric wall sconce was salvaged from a chicago three-flat constructed around 1929. the double arm wall sconce is comprised entirely of cast brass with original baked black enameled accent largely intact. the well-executed fixture feature intricate scrollwork and shields, along with the original circular mounting bracket consisting of a deep relief rosette with black enameled inlay. original leviton sockets and rayon cloth cord intact. two new period appropriate "dripping wax" candle slip covers or sleeves replaced the damaged originals. priced individually. the antique chicago wall sconce measures measures 8 x 14 inches.
