original and largely intact oversized six-light hanging chandelier purportedly salvaged from a demolished chicago theater or movie palace built in the 1920's. the hanging ceiling fixture is comprised of both wrought iron and yellow brass with weathered and worn finish. the fixture contains six arms with brass shell sockets. the canopy and post are made of brass. the perforated wrought iron ring and suspended chain are intact and free from damage. the fixture has not been rewired. measures 42 x 48 canopy to bottom.
