well-built c. 1939-45 antique american industrial four-legged stationary machine shop stool salvaged from a factory specializing in the fabrication of parts for the aerospace industry. the thoroughly cleaned and refinished angled steel stool retains the original solid maple wood circular-shaped seat. the riveted joint stretchers provide added strength and stability. the brushed metal finish has been sealed with a clear coat lacquer. measures 13 3/4 x 15 x 27 1/2 inches high.
