late 1930's american antique industrial stationary four-legged tubular steel simmons vanity sitting bench with a brush and sanded metal surface sealed with a clear coat lacquer

one of many matching original late 1930's american made art deco machine age and/or streamlined style all-metal vanity bench repurposed into a side tables or nightstand with the removal of the padded seat or cushion. the cold-rolled furniture sheet steel bench was designed and fabricated by the simmons mfg. co., kenosha, wisc. the stationary side table has been brushed and sanded down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat finish to prevent surface corrosion. the tubular steel legs are in great overall condition. multiple sets available. the steel disc levelers or "shoes" are intact. the bench measures 25 x 16 x 18 1/2 inches
