group of matching 19th century eastlake style cast brass and iron interior residential passage door keyhole escutcheons designed and fabricated by the p. and f. corbin company, new britain, ct. the antique american keyholes are in great overall condition. the design was patented by corbin in 1879. the cast iron keyhole plates were used on doors located on the second floor. the design is consistent between the brass and iron keyhole plates. priced for the lot.
