original and completely intact single early 20th century antique american prairie school style interior residential leaded art glass casement window with design and fabrication attributed to the rawson & evans company, chicago, il. the chicago bungalow window features a simple and rigid rectilinear grid accentuated with art glass geometric shapes. the majority of the glass panes are transparent with no surface texture or other treatments. the outer or surrounding border consists of translucent textured glass with a subtle "sun-purple" hue or color. the art glass consists of caramel and green colored slag glass. the other segments contain a highly desirable metallic gold leaf finish sandwiched between two pieces of clear glass. the original varnished pine wood window sash frames are structurally sound and stable. several windows containing this exact pattern (arranged in different configurations based on size) were salvaged from a chicago residence constructed in the early 1920's. all windows priced individually unless otherwise noted. 13 3/4 inches x 1 3/4 inches x 44 1/2 inches.
