single all original antique american industrial factory office "dan-dee" line slotted waste basket designed and fabricated by the erie art metal company, eriie, pa. the waste basket is comprised entirely of cold-rolled folded steel with original copper plated finish largely intact. the rolled rim wastebasket was advertised as being "fireproof" and "virtually indestructible." the office trash basket or can was fabricated between 1915-20. manufacturer markings lightly embossed on the waste can's underside. 15 x 15 inches
