seldom found early chicago residential "poor man's" leaded art glass window likely fabricated by w.h. wells and bros., chicago, ills. the simple and strongly geometric window consisting of solid color cathedral glass panels is indicative of their work. the window was salvaged from a chicago workers cottage built around 1883-1884. the original weathered wood frame is largely intact. good condition, considering age.
