original and intact oversized depression-era ruby red illuminated glass exit light manufactured in pittsburgh for kopp glass company. the richly colored ruby red glass is configured as a triangle or triple-sided wedge and has baked white enameled 'exit' lettering on each side. the shade is free from cracks or breaks. the exit light is suspended from a brass cap with extending pole and bell-shaped flush mount socket. overall excellent condition and elegant combination of fitter and shade. measures 8 x 8 x 24.
