lot of four matching original oversized heavy cast brass interior residential american victorian salvaged chicago "hoofed urn" door hinges designed and fabricated by the norwalk lock company, norwalk, ct. the hinges are in good working condition with mostly uniform surface patina. the ball finials and steel pin are intact. the 1880's hinges were salvaged from a chicago house demolished in later march. several matching hinges, doorknobs, and backplates from this house have been listed on the website.
