all original late 1920's american art deco style exterior commercial building pendant light fixture attributed to the luminous light co., st. louis, mo. the multi-faceted dome-shaped lantern retains the original rectangular-shaped semi-transparent textured glass insets affixed from within. each segment contains indented blocks with a cascading chevron motif flanked by volutes. the solidly constructed ornamental cast iron fixture retains the original hanging chain and stepped ceiling cap or canopy. brushed metal finish throughout. original interior keyless ceramic socket rewired. measures 31 x 8 inches.
