oversized early 20th century darkly stained wood laboratory storage cabinet designed and fabricated by the kewaunee mfg. co., adrian, mi. the nicely aged salvaged chicago laboratory furniture piece is comprised largely of solid birch wood throughout with original finish. the interior enameled finish is original and mostly uniform. the hinged cabinet doors with wood muntins and glass panes are original and in working condition. the hardware, including ball finial hinges and handles are intact and original to the cabinet.
