all original and completely intact c. 1920's antique american medical freestanding cook county hospital freestanding instrument and/or sterile wound care dressings storage cabinet designed and fabricated by or for max wocher & sons co., cincinnati, oh. the robust metal storage cabinet contains a single hinged door with the original clear glass pane intact. the three glass shelves (not shown) are in great overall condition. the lower section contains a fully enclosed storage space concealed by a single stamped steel door secured with surface-mount hinges. the original "crystal" faceted glass knob pulls are original to the cabinet. the interior of the upper section retains the original "sani" enameled finish. the single pull-out drawer between the top and bottom compartments is original and in good working condition. the brushed metal finish has been sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the diminutive fanciful cast iron legs are original to the cabinet. great overall condition, considering age. measures 19 1/4 x 16 1/2 x 64 1/8 inches.
