hard to find original and intact early 20th century vintage industrial revolving garment rack known as the "dorad." the mobile store fixture features a four-legged detachable cast iron base with original swivel casters intact. the heavy gauge cylindrical steel pole supports a large tubular steel ring, reinforced with evenly spaced cast iron brackets. the oversized circular rack revolves with ease. each flared bracket contains deeply embossed lettering. the antique freestanding garment rack was fabricated by jas. b. williams, inc., new york city, new york. ball top cast iron finial original to the stand.
