single c. 1920's original and intact american prairie school style chicago bungalow double hung sash window designed and fabricated by the h. m. hooker co., chicago, il. the leaded art glass window features a simple, unassuming rectilinear border comprised of textured green glass accentuated with small squares consisting of metallic gold leaf sandwich glass. the surrounding panels consist of "wavy" glass (caused by late 19th and early 20th century glass-making fabrication (e.g., crown and cylinder) . the original pine of douglas fir wood sash frames are original and structurally stable. salvaged from a chicago bungalow undergoing demolition. five matching windows available. measures approximately 28 x 1 1/4 x 31 inches.
