original american depression era industrial four-legged angled steel diminutive custom-built low-lying stepping stool salvaged from an old tool and die factory in chicago, il. the robust all-welded joint stand has been brushed and sanded down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the top step or platform contains diamond-shaped treads to prevent slippage. the strong and sturdy stand has additional x-shaped bracing for added stability. measures 15 x 12 x 9 1/2 inches
