durable c. 1920's american antique industrial heavy gauge cold-rolled steel all-riveted joint low-lying stationary stool designed and fabricated by the angle steel stool co., plainwell, mich. the four-legged stool with ample cross-bracing provides added support and stability. the brushed metal finish has been sealed with a clear coat lacquer. the inward-turned ball feet are a distinctive characteristic or feature of the angle steel stool company's stools. the circular-shaped seat has a slightly sunken center. great overall condition. the stool was salvaged from a chicago train yard. measures approximately 15 x 15 x 18 inches.
