stunning original 19th century antique american high victorian era interior residential leaded art glass window with the design and fabrication attributed to the mcculley & miles co., chicago, il. the immaculate stained glass window is bedecked with multiple amber-colored multifaceted jewels. the asymmetrically positioned floral motif with leafage is backed by a brilliantly colored blue streaked or "slag" glass. the outer corners features intricate celtic knots with two distinct variegated rippled glass at the very top and bottom of the window. the original hinges of the casement window were removed long ago. the largely intact window does contain bowing. the original wood sash frame is original and structurally sound and stable. salvaged from a chicago mansion constructed in the 1880's. measures 24 x 2 x 37 inches
