refinished antique american industrial four-legged tubular steel pipe workbench or welding table salvaged from an old detroit-based automobile assembly plant demolished long ago. the reinforced work table contains an all welded joint steel deck with removable steel plate that rests on top. the unique and highly desirable tubular steel pipe base is comprised of heavy duty pipe fittings and circular-shaped flanges used as floor plates for added stability. the pressed and folded single sliding drawer is original to the table. the welding table has been brushed and sanded down to bare metal and sealed with a clear coat lacquer. measures 48 1/2 x 30 x 35 1/2
