original and completely intact early american malleable iron rod interior dentist's office coat or garment rack fabricated by the hatheway mfg. co., bridgeport, ct. the strong and durable all-metal coat rack contains a four-legged bent wire base with hooped feet. the upright tubular steel pole contains four oversized double coat hooks with the larger of the two containing enclosed loops. the giant ball finial is original and intact. the highly desirable oxidized copper finish remains largely intact. measures 16 x 16 x 68 inches.
