original and hard to find early 20th century antique american industrial interior residential vestibule "kerilson" multi-unit mailbox designed and fabricated by or for francis keil & son, new york city, ny. the oversized wall-mount vestibule mailbox contains four individual mail compartments along with four push button door bells or buzzers corresponding to each of the units. the original old gold enameled finish is largely intact with surface wear consistent with age. the mailbox unit is comprised of pressed and folded steel. great overall condition, considering age.
