original and intact american industrial four-legged factory machinist workbench stool designed and fabricated by the pollard bros., chicago. il. the american made stool is comprised of heavy gauge steel with riveted joints. the extension legs contain multiple pre-drilled holes for achieving desired height. the solid maple wood circular seat and slightly contoured backrest are original and intact. a nicely weathered and worn orange paint finish was added long ago. the stool remains structurally sound and stable. seat height measures 27 inches.
