hard to find original late 19th century antique american ornamental cast bronze "columbian" pattern entrance door hardware salvaged from a chicago residence built around 1899. the art nouveau style hardware was executed by the reading hardware company, chicago, ills. the oversized backplate retains the original swinging keyhole cover. the matching doorknobs have a nicely aged patina. the interior side of the door retains the original plain bronze rosette. priced for the lot.
